Undertook an ongoing timetable of Workforce Engagement Programmes at major games venues projects in East London.
2009
Commenced work at Europe’s largest construction site in East London for five contractors at various sites and venues in Safety Leadership and Cultural Development Programmes.
2008
Commenced a major Behavioural Safety Management Programme with client in the rail industry for a major new project across the SE of England.
2007
Commenced a Cultural Safety Change Programme with a large contractor with international divisions, including a cultural
assessment across its entire workforce.
Commenced a Cultural Change Programme in the operation of one of the world’s largest airports.
2006
Commenced a Safety Leadership Programme with major international contractor across UK and Europe.
Commenced a Safety Programme at Europe’s largest airport construction project which is ongoing in various forms including cultural assessments at new developments.
Undertook Coaching to Win with a major international contractor on major bid prospects.
