alkoomi are proud to present our cultural assessment tool (C.A.T.). We believe this unique online tool provides a powerful insight for leaders into the true picture of the culture in their organisation.

The overall purpose of this tool is to have any organisation assess its culture against a predefined “perfect” or extraordinary culture description.  For example, in safety, an extraordinary safety culture would be designed to deliver the elimination of all worker injury.  This tool uses a range of condition statements, e.g. in safety one might read: “In this organisation everybody looks out for each other all the time”.

Each person in the organisation responds to each of this range of statements in varying degrees of agreement or disagreement. There is no need for the client to load any software on their own systems. All the survey data is input using the internet either by the individual employee or multiple inputs centrally by a clerk.

This tool compares results from various categories of employee, location and business unit etc., anywhere in the world. The number of employees in the organisation is not a limiting factor.
